About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to help shape WorkWhile's marketplace development. You will collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and translate complex problems into clear product direction. Your specific responsibilities will adapt to the evolving roadmap, and you will report to the Head of Product.
Responsibilities
- Understand user and customer workflows, data, and constraints.
- Lead discovery and scoping conversations with stakeholders.
- Own the feedback loop for your product area and synthesize insights into product signal.
- Define and prioritize product development in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
- Make decisions on what to build, configure, or defer.
- Drive rapid iteration cycles by shipping, learning, and adjusting.
- Influence the broader roadmap with learnings from your area.
- Write product specifications and define success metrics.
- Manage product delivery with engineering from kickoff to launch.
- Keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned on product development and rationale.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in product management or a related analytical, customer- or data-facing role (consulting, analytics, engineering, ops) with a clear product management trajectory.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and scoping work from incomplete briefs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated instinct for prioritization.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end.
