About the Role

Provide a wide range of administrative support to bank executives, anticipating needs, solving problems, and managing priorities to move the business forward. Leverage exceptional communication, collaboration, and professionalism in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to enhance executive team efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule travel, and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Independently handle emails, data entry, and expense report management.
  • Use discretion and judgment to prioritize schedules and deliverables.
  • Compile data and prepare presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and reports for management.
  • Serve as a liaison and extension of the executive team, providing superior customer service.
  • Handle and resolve complex requests and problems effectively.
  • Apply confidentiality and sound decision-making when responding to stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • May lead and develop a team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience in Administrative Support or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel required.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Zoom, Teams, and Oracle preferred.
