About the Role

RIB Cosinus develops and distributes Megabau, construction software based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting construction companies in DACH with digital project management. This role is key to expanding this market segment by increasing Megabau's market awareness, acquiring new customers, and building lasting relationships. You will drive the solution's growth in the DACH market and help medium-sized construction companies digitize their business processes. This role focuses on strategic sales responsibility, involving hands-on acquisition, consulting, negotiation, and operational involvement throughout the sales cycle. You will also contribute market feedback and customer requirements to the sales strategy for the SME segment, working closely with a sales team, marketing, consulting, and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process for the Megabau solution, from relationship building and acquisition to needs analysis, consulting, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and implement independent sales concepts and growth-promoting measures for your territory.
  • Conceptualize and execute regional sales activities, including participation in centrally managed events and trade fairs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales support, consulting, and support teams to form a customer competence team for DACH clients.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in direct sales, ideally with process-oriented software solutions (ERP sales, SaaS models).
  • Industry knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes, preferably from a commercial or sales role (e.g., field sales, technical sales, ERP consulting, project management, or key account management).
  • Strong interest in digitalization topics (digital work methods/processes).
  • Ability to clearly and convincingly communicate benefits, added value, and ROI.
  • Proactive, creative, reliable, and eager to make a significant impact.
  • Team-oriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Willingness to work hybrid and travel to clients (approx. 50%).
  • Very good German language skills (min. C1 level) for the DACH market.
  • Good English language skills (min. B2 level) for internal communication.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
