About the Role
Anesthesiologist opportunity in Syracuse, NY, at Crouse Health Hospital, offering a variety of cases and sites with a collegial anesthesia environment and supportive staff. The site has excellent Anesthesia Tech support and a Pre-Op Testing Center, with staff working in a care-team model.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
