About the Role
SweatHouz is seeking a Studio Manager to lead operations and sales at their Marina location. This role requires a player/coach approach, focusing on team leadership, studio presentation, and community engagement to drive membership growth and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Run the studio from the floor, engaging with the team, schedule, and numbers.
- Tour first-time visitors and close memberships.
- Coach sales associates on their sales pitch.
- Analyze performance metrics to achieve monthly goals.
- Set the standard for team energy and studio cleanliness.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of sales associates.
- Ensure studio cleanliness and consistency.
- Engage in community outreach through partnerships and events.
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review performance and plan execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales
- 1+ year managing a team
- Membership sales experience is a significant advantage
- Availability for peak hours, including weekends
- Bachelor's degree is a plus, not required
