About the Role
The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) partners with C-level leadership at Adobe's top customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. As part of the Strategic Advisory team, you will directly engage with customers to define digital visions, align executive leadership, and build transformation roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client-facing strategy engagements to solve digital transformation challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product experts, and enterprise architects.
- Leverage data, research, and industry insights to assess digital experience and customer platform interactions.
- Define digital visions, align executive leadership, and build transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate innovation and discovery workshops to align stakeholders on business priorities and co-create opportunities.
- Translate customer goals and pain points into prioritized use cases and investment roadmaps.
- Support high-value opportunities from account planning through deal closure.
- Develop business leadership skills by learning about Adobe products and collaborating across departments.
- Deepen subject matter expertise within a specific industry team through strategy engagements.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May - September 2027.
- Outstanding record of academic achievement.
- Interest in business strategy, technology, or experience design.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas and craft strong narratives verbally and in writing.
- Ability to project manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
