About the Role
Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team in Ocean City, MD. This role is key in helping homeowners schedule free consultations for bathroom remodeling projects within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
- Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations
- Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
- Confirm and manage appointment schedules
- Accurately enter customer information into company systems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Conduct follow-up and quality control calls
- Coordinate appointments with canvassing and sales teams
- Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first call
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners
