About the Role
Mid Atlantic Kitchen & Bath is seeking motivated, professional, and driven In-Home Sales Consultants to join their team. Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation.
- Conduct in-home design consultations and product demonstrations.
- Assess customer needs and recommend customized remodeling solutions.
- Utilize proprietary sales technology to create project designs and proposals.
- Present pricing and financing options.
- Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and close sales.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to contract.
- Attend ongoing sales training and weekly team meetings.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience is a plus.
- Confidence presenting products and closing sales.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the local market.
