About the Role
We are seeking a Host/Hostess to create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest, serving as the first point of contact and setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and take reservations.
- Collaborate with the serving team for smooth seating transitions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
- Engage with guests while they wait, providing information on wait times.
- Assist in managing guest flow and communicating table status to the team.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is an asset.
