About the Role
Provides administrative and analytical support to the Clinic Management team, prioritizing and executing projects while maintaining compliance and confidentiality. Promotes the organization's mission and philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and analytical support to members of the Clinic Management team.
- Provides assistance to the support staff, providers, and management team to ensure clinic efficiency.
- Receives calls from patients and providers, providing resolution or disseminating to the appropriate Management team member.
- Helps maintain provider schedules and time off requests.
- Coordinates facility requests.
- Formats, types, and proofs correspondence including memos, letters, and other documentation.
- Assists in coordinating meetings, issuing reminders, confirming attendance, and ordering requested items.
- Ensures the completion of clinic projects.
- Performs essential clerical functions.
- Adheres to all company policies, including OSHA, HIPAA, compliance, and Code of Conduct.
- Maintains regular and dependable attendance.
- Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of office assisting or clerical experience preferred.
- Ability to perform job functions, troubleshoot problems, and make decisions without direct supervision.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers to perform duties as part of a work group.
- Ability to handle competing priorities.
- Ability to perform job duties in a professional manner at all times.
- Ability to understand, recall, and communicate factual information.
- Ability to understand, recall, and apply oral and/or written instructions.
- Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
- Ability to apply common sense in performing job.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
