About the Role
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring guests complete their experience by purchasing memorable keepsakes and attraction-related products. Associates will operate a point of sales system for sales transactions, handling cash, debit, and credit. This role requires availability to work any shift, as the attraction is open 365 days a year.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the retail store and merchandise to the highest standards.
- Accurately complete all sales transactions.
- Assist in stocking merchandise on the sales floor.
- Retrieve inventory from the off-site stockroom as needed.
- Assist in ticketing merchandise.
- Accurately count merchandise and participate in inventory counting.
- Assist in maintaining sales floor neatness and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
