About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will own one of our core AI products end to end, including the systems our internal lawyers and external customers use daily. You will collaborate closely with users, the Applied AI engineering team, and design to deliver a product that improves quality and speed each quarter.
Responsibilities
- Drive product direction, owning the vision, product, and roadmap for our redlining product.
- Take the product from initial concept to full automation across all contract types.
- Design and operate the evaluation infrastructure to measure and understand product improvements.
- Partner with internal legal teams and design partners to identify user needs and areas for automation.
- Define and analyze metrics related to quality, automation, and customer outcomes.
- Champion velocity by moving quickly, shipping, learning, and iterating in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building AI/ML-powered products at an early-to-mid stage.
- Experience working on AI applications, including writing evals, reasoning about model behavior, and understanding agentic architectures.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to deeply understand the legal domain.
- Startup DNA: thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and has proven success in early-stage startup environments.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture, agent design, and eval infrastructure.
- Bias to action with a focus on shipping and iterating rather than over-planning.
- Takes full responsibility for outcomes.
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered products in production.
- Experience working with domain experts to shape an AI product (legal, medical, financial, scientific).
- Background that includes seeing a product evolve from early stage to scale.
