Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new financial hedging strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Execute financial derivatives according to approved hedging strategies.
- Lead the deployment of AI functionality to enhance FX forecast capabilities.
- Summarize and communicate the fundamental drivers of key currencies and commodities to Corporate Treasury senior leadership.
- Engage banking partners to understand key developments in FX and commodity markets and provide market updates/insights to Corporate Treasury senior leadership.
- Prepare materials to communicate FX and commodity exposures and related hedging programs and risk management strategies to PepsiCo Senior Management.
- Lead projects related to trade execution centralization and FX exposure management.
- Develop and maintain hedging models.
- Publish FX planning rates.
- Review quarterly financial reporting disclosures and ensure SOX compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury/Finance function, banking or financial consulting.
- Experience working with international businesses and cross-functional teams preferred.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical abilities.
- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision makers.
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors: Drive for results and management of multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors: Team oriented and track record of collaboration across functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors: Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Generative AI preferred.

Salary/Compensations
- $93,500 - $156,450
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
