About the Role
As a Project Manager at ICON, you will be instrumental in cultivating a process improvement culture, optimizing processes, and ensuring streamlined operations to maximize efficiency and meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Recognize the importance of and actively promote a culture of process improvement, ensuring that processes are streamlined to maximize efficiency, add value to our business, and meet client needs.
- Conduct workshops with Subject Matter Experts to map current processes, identify issues, and design streamlined processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Offer support and guidance to the business on metrics definition and evaluation, as well as reporting tools.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track.
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Be ready to tackle any other duties as assigned by Senior Management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a Laboratory or Clinical Research based environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

- $110,520.00-$138,150.00
