About the Role
As a Product Manager, AI, you will focus on understanding customers, designing experiments, and developing judgment. You will own metrics and numbers, driving towards targets and assisting other stakeholders. You will collaborate daily with GM PMs, Senior PMs, engineers, and operations to deliver exceptional Ownwell experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned metrics, including diagnosis, experimentation, and weekly reporting.
- Manage the customer feedback loop for your area, synthesizing insights from customer conversations and support tickets.
- Execute experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to readout and decision-making.
- Gain operational understanding by collaborating with operations, property tax consultants, and customer care teams.
- Communicate cross-functionally, surfacing issues early, asking thoughtful questions, and escalating ambiguity.
- Utilize AI daily for production tasks such as writing specs, pulling data, analysis, surveys, and dashboard creation, ensuring verification and accountability.
- Ensure all customer-facing content undergoes brand and polish review.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a product, operations, analytics, or startup role.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in direct customer engagement.
- Demonstrated AI-native working style with verifiable AI-assisted output.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
