About the Role

Red Ventures Growth & Transformation empowers partners through a unique blend of high-scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services and financial services ecosystems. This role will lead a team designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-native products and agentic workflows that materially improve our client’s economics.

Responsibilities

Identify & drive initiatives: Generate the product roadmap for the client partnership and lead multiple AI product initiatives, ensuring alignment with product leadership, partner objectives, customer needs, and broader RVGT strategy.
Develop business cases and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI in partnership with business and client stakeholders.
Translate vision into action: Turn high-level strategy into actionable workstreams, defining sequencing, resourcing, and execution plans in partnership with product team members and cross-functional leads.
Create clarity and alignment.
Own outcomes: Own the P&L and business impact of your initiatives, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities to leadership and client partners.
Shape the go-forward for each workstream to ensure it’s positioned to deliver meaningful impact, getting hands-on where necessary to unblock our hardest tasks and hurdles.
Advance the Operating System: Build and deploy agentic workflows across your workstreams in partnership with our central teams.
Ensure delivery learnings are turned into reusable capabilities that strengthen the broader system over time.
Develop talent: Manage and develop a team of product managers at various levels, creating specific plans, providing hands-on product and analytical support, delegating appropriate work, and instilling a performance-driven environment through clear expectations, regular feedback, and recognition of achievements.

Requirements

End-to-end ownership: Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration, guiding a team through delivery, and owning the outcomes and business impact of the work.
Driving complex decision-making: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Built from experience: You’ve worked hands-on with production-grade AI systems, whether evaluating model behavior, running analyses (sql, python), building agents, or optimizing data pipelines, giving you the practical grounding to lead teams and make informed technical decisions.
Partner engagement: Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals.
People leader: Managed teams of product managers, including being a manager of managers - providing feedback and encouragement with direct responsibility for the team’s contributions.

Total Cash Compensation Range: $215,0000 – $305,000 per year
New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $268,750 – $381,250 per year
