About the Role

Lollypop Farm is seeking a full-time Veterinary Resource Coordinator to provide guidance and support to families and the community regarding access to veterinary care, low-cost spay/neuter services, and TNVR.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Guide and support families with veterinary resources
  • Build rapport with the veterinary community to strengthen partnerships
  • Assist families with scheduling veterinary appointments, patient intake/discharge, and payment processing
  • Manage client and patient care using Shelter Luv, Clinic HQ, and Google platforms
  • Monitor, triage, and maintain messages for HOME Program, SNIP, TNVR, and Rescue programs, responding promptly
  • Process and schedule SNIP applications and communicate with clients
  • Exercise patience and empathy when interacting with individuals in difficult situations
  • Act as a liaison between various departments including Community Outreach, Clinic, Admissions, and leadership
  • Assist with capacity and scheduling for outside services in coordination with the Clinic Operations Manager and Medical Director
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of community events
  • Maintain monthly reports and statistics for current programs
  • Create monthly invoices for volume clients
  • Communicate with, educate, and schedule appointments for public TNVR clients
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards
  • Comfortably handle dogs and cats for intake and discharge
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Observe all safety rules and regulations
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Veterinary and animal care experience strongly preferred
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered if aligned with the position
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a high call volume environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and compassionate attitude
  • Skilled in delivering positive, clear, concise, accurate, and timely communications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
