About the Role
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time PCAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training for those not yet certified. Care Advantage aims to support aging adults and its Care Family in meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable client space.
- Communicate any client status changes to the office.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not provided).
- Provide two professional references.
- Possess reliable transportation.
- Exhibit a compassionate and dependable attitude.
