About the Role
The Founder’s Office takes on the problems that don’t yet belong to a function. As Special Projects Lead, you’ll work directly with the founder on projects that cut across GTM, product, operations, recruiting, and research—scoping them, running them end to end, and handing them off once they have a permanent owner. This is an early-career role and one of the best generalist seats at the company. You won’t specialize. You’ll own outcomes under ambiguous KPIs, get unusual range and exposure in a short amount of time, and figure out what you’re great at by doing a lot of very different things quickly.
