About the Role
Pangram is seeking its first Product Manager to lead the product function end-to-end. This role involves translating advanced AI research and models into user-friendly products across various surfaces like web dashboards, Chrome extensions, and APIs. You will collaborate closely with founders and engineers, engage with customers, and make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Set product direction across Pangram’s surfaces, deciding on new features, feature prioritization, and build order.
- Scope and prioritize engineering work, translating product vision into design and engineering specifications.
- Manage end-to-end product launches, including planning, cross-functional coordination, go-to-market handoff, and post-launch analysis.
- Own the process for customer feedback and request triage.
- Engage with users regularly to inform product decisions.
- Lead product synchronization meetings and coordinate efforts across engineering, growth, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- 5 years of product management experience, including ownership of at least one product from inception to launch.
- Experience with consumer or prosumer products; B2B experience is beneficial but not sufficient alone.
- Technical fluency, understanding how AI and technical teams operate, without necessarily requiring prior engineering or coding experience.
- Proficiency in AI automation and design tools.
- Demonstrated comfort and experience in customer interactions.
