About the Role

Provides custodial and cleaning services for Clear Channel structures and sites, including daily cleaning and basic maintenance of Transit Shelters.

Responsibilities

Completes routine cleaning and maintenance of Clear Channel structures and sites.
Cleans and maintains all Shelters within an assigned route.
Reports all necessary repairs.
Maintains daily logs of cleaning, garbage pick-up, and maintenance performed on assigned route of Transit Shelters.
Reports damage and safety issues to the Street Furniture Supervisor in a timely and accurate fashion.
Works with Clear Channel maintenance crews in performing general structural maintenance and repairs to Transit Shelters.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and follow complex instructions.
Possess a valid in-state driver's license suitable for light commercial vehicles.
Ability to drive trucks and vans associated with the job.
Ability to climb, bend, stoop, stand, sit, push, and pull self, materials, and equipment in excess of 85 pounds.
Ability to keep accurate records for reporting purposes.
Able to work independently, exercising judgment and decision-making.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
One (1) + year experience in a similar role.
Experience with minor electrical, plumbing, and building repair is a plus.
Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Proficient in listening and oral communication skills; can read & speak English.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Highly disciplined with the ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
Has high work standards and attention to detail.
Able to competently complete appropriate documentation and reports.
Able to operate hand and minor electrical tools in a safe and effective manner.
Able to competently complete required math calculations (e.g., add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Valid driver's license, CDL Class preferred.
Access to a reliable vehicle.
Able to lift heavy objects and walk / stand for long periods of time.
Able to perform strenuous physical labor, sometimes under adverse conditions.
