Responsibilities
- Assist project team as directed, including verifying field work for superintendents and logging contract documents.
- Issue subs and vendors updated contract documents.
- Support project staff in tracking punchlist items and project closeout.
- Meet deadlines, multi-task, and maintain organization and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must be able and willing to communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prior construction experience and familiarity with construction terminology is useful.
- Prior ability to read drawings and specifications is helpful.
