About the Role

ICON is seeking a Product Change Manager to own the end-to-end change control process for the Titan print system and associated hardware products. This role is critical to ensuring that product changes are evaluated, approved, communicated, and implemented with full traceability and minimal disruption to field operations. You will serve as the central orchestrator of ICON's Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, working across multiple departments to ensure changes are governed rigorously and executed cleanly.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer ICON's Engineering Change Order (ECO) process end-to-end.
  • Define and maintain change control policies, workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Facilitate the Change Control Board (CCB), coordinating cross-functional review and approval of proposed changes.
  • Assess and document the impact of proposed changes on existing field units, production inventory, supplier tooling, and service procedures.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to ensure ECOs are complete, accurate, and properly linked to affected BOMs, drawings, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to evaluate supplier and lead time impacts of hardware changes.
  • Manage retrofit and field upgrade programs for approved changes affecting deployed Titan systems.
  • Maintain a complete and auditable change history for all released products.
  • Track and report change cycle times, backlog, and implementation status to leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for change-related questions.
  • Develop and deliver training on change control processes and PLM system usage.
  • Support configuration management activities, including BOM accuracy, document control, and product baseline integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product change management, configuration management, or engineering program management in a hardware manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience administering ECO/ECR processes and managing Change Control Boards in a structured product lifecycle environment.
  • Strong understanding of PLM and ERP systems and how they interface in a hardware development and production context.
  • Ability to assess cross-functional impact of product changes across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and field operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent changes.
  • Clear and effective communicator with engineers, operations leaders, suppliers, and field teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where product development velocity is high and change is constant.
  • Experience in a high-growth, high-velocity product development and NPI environment.
