About the Role
Supports safe and reliable plant operations by troubleshooting, installing, basic programming, and maintaining electrical systems, controls, drives, instruments, machinery, and equipment. This role utilizes technical expertise and established maintenance practices to resolve issues efficiently while supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, construct, and install electrical components for machinery and production equipment.
- Provide basic programming and support for PLCs and temperature control instruments.
- Diagnose and maintain AC/DC drive systems, boiler/furnace controls, recording devices, and related electrical equipment.
- Perform maintenance assignments independently, applying proper procedures, practices, and safety standards.
- Actively participate in safety initiatives and continue building electrical, controls, and troubleshooting skill sets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting AC/DC drive systems.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers.
- Willingness to work off-shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Journeyman status or equivalent electrical trade experience (Preferred).
- Knowledge of temperature controls, recording apparatuses, and boiler controls (Preferred).
- Maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (Preferred).
- Regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
- May be exposed to wet or humid conditions.
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
- May be regularly exposed to high noise environments.
- May be exposed to heights up to 30 feet with proper safety training and equipment.
- May be exposed to extremely dusty environments.
- Must be willing to enhance and learn new skill sets.
- Actively participate in safety initiatives.

Salary/Compensations
- $38.36 - $41.49 per hour
- $79,788.80 - $86,299.20 a year
