About the Role

As an Enterprise Implementation Manager at Pinpoint, you will fully own a high volume of mid-market and enterprise implementations from end to end. You will steer timelines, manage technical complexity, and lead customers confidently through high-stakes rollouts, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accountability across implementations, ensuring deadlines are met and blockers are addressed.
  • Own project management from kickoff through go-live, tracking milestones, managing risks, and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Lead internal and external discovery to understand customer needs and design tailored implementation plans.
  • Scope and shepherd HRIS integrations, including reading API docs, mapping data, and reducing engineering dependency.
  • Coordinate internal teams across integrations, product, and support for timely delivery and clear communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, offering strategic workflow guidance and product best practices.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation, staying involved through early adoption.
  • Develop and deliver scalable customer training, including live sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and asynchronous enablement materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading large-scale B2B SaaS implementations end to end, across multiple different products.
  • Experience with both enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Experience with HR or recruiting tech is a huge plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-customer B2B SaaS implementations at scale (10+ concurrent).
  • Balanced competing priorities, internal coordination, and technical complexity across diverse customer needs.
  • Technically self-sufficient: comfortable learning from API documentation, using tools like Postman for troubleshooting, and reducing engineering dependency.
  • Background in high-growth startup environments (50–250 employees) with rapid scaling and evolving processes.
  • Experience working in a startup that doubled in size during tenure is a bonus.
  • Structured project owner who builds milestone-driven plans, defines customer responsibilities, and manages risk.
  • Experienced working with global customers and cross-functional teams (product, engineering, CS).
  • Past examples of managing implementation risk, adjusting plans, unblocking tech issues, or driving change.
  • Brings operational rigor and accountability to each project.
  • AI-forward in daily work, actively using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for planning, research, communication, and training materials.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, startup-style environments with evolving processes.
  • Professional polish and presence; clear communicator who can command a virtual room.
  • Based in the UK.
