About the Role

This role supports clients in planning and executing various IT initiatives, including DX promotion, AI utilization, and cybersecurity measures. The position aims to strengthen the service delivery team by providing advisory services from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

Support for various IT plan formulations and concept developments (e.g., IT mid-term plans, IT initiative execution plans, AI usage guidelines).
Support for IT architecting (e.g., requirements definition, architecture formulation, PoC plan formulation/support).
Support for project promotion/PMO support.

Requirements

Experience in planning, customer proposal, or design/implementation phases within one of the following technical areas: AI utilization, AI infrastructure, data analysis infrastructure, data management, cloud environments (public, hybrid, private), container infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, endpoint management, authentication/identity management, zero trust, cybersecurity, system operation design, or operation improvement.
Ability to think logically and explain concepts clearly.
Ability to respect the positions of internal and external stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
Experience with internal IT system department budgeting, planning, and approval processes, or supporting these processes externally.
Experience in planning sales promotion measures for own services/solutions or pre-sales activities is a plus.
