About the Role

Petra is building an AI-driven Detection and Response platform to catch and remove attackers before they can act. This is a rare chance to join early and help scale to $30M+ in revenue in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities

Be the first contact with our customer, working closely with the founding team and largest accounts to identify pain points around account compromise.
Iterate and innovate by turning customer feedback into incremental improvements in hours, not days.
Propose longer-term, more fundamental improvements to the platform based on customer feedback and understanding.
Champion the customer by offering a white-glove experience externally and being the voice for customers internally.
Push every edge of the Petra experience, human and platform, to be delightful.

Requirements

2+ years of engineering, investment banking, or consulting experience, with meaningful time working with customers at scale.
For IB/consulting folks, ability to engage with code.
Experience building systems for constantly improving a product.
High agency and high output: identify the problem, propose the solution, and execute.
Constantly looking for ways to expand scope and circle of competence.
Sharp and scrappy: learn fast, ask the right questions, and figure it out.
Ship fast: find the 90/10 and don't let perfect be the enemy of done.
Comfortable in a small-team, high-autonomy environment where scope is rarely handed to you.
Proud of your craft and care about building things that work well and hold up over time.
