About the Role

This is a founding role for our first dedicated talent acquisition partner. You will run full-cycle recruiting for US Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and build the systems, processes, and hiring bar for the future. You will work directly with the executive team and have influence over company growth. Opportunities exist in onboarding, employer brand, HR systems, and people programs as the team scales.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM hiring end to end
  • Run full-cycle recruiting for US Go-to-Market roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer strategy, and close
  • Build and maintain outbound sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage ATS for pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, reporting, and candidate data integrity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Design and roll out structured interview processes: scorecards, competency frameworks, interview loops, and debrief formats
  • Enable hiring managers through training on interviewing and maintaining a consistent bar
  • Define and report on key recruiting metrics: time to fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, quality of hire
  • Implement the recruiting tooling stack (ATS, sourcing, scheduling, assessment)
  • Reduce agency dependency by building an in-house sourcing capability
  • Partner with leadership on headcount planning, role scoping, and compensation calibration
  • Provide market intelligence on candidate trends, competitiveness, and areas for improvement
  • Partner on new hire onboarding and the first-90-days experience
  • Contribute to people programs and HR operations: HRIS hygiene, policy documentation, employee lifecycle workflows, and internal comms
  • Support employer brand initiatives: careers page, job posts, candidate-facing content
  • Collaborate with EMEA and Israel teams on cross-regional hiring and people initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • At least 3 years in-house experience at a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated Go-to-Market recruiting experience (Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing roles)
  • Proven outbound sourcing skills: ability to build pipelines, write effective outreach, and not rely solely on inbound applications
  • Hands-on ATS ownership (configuration of workflows)
  • Track record of building recruiting processes (e.g., introducing scorecards, redesigning interview loops, establishing reporting)
  • Strong hiring manager partnership skills: ability to run effective intake meetings, challenge requirements, and maintain hiring standards
  • Comfort with ambiguity and full ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work from our NYC office 4 days per week
