About the Role

The Sustainability Strategy and Engagement team is integrated into all pep+ pillars, focusing on shaping the pep+ agenda, tackling complex challenges, building external reputation, and leading internal engagement. We are seeking a Global Sustainability Strategy and Engagement Manager to join this team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thought partnership to the Sustainability Leadership Team and Senior Executives on business-critical topics.
  • Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, driving fact-based insights through logical and creative thinking.
  • Partner with Sustainability Strategy leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional project plans to ensure successful delivery of Global Sustainability team priorities.
  • Demonstrate fluency in AI-powered tools to accelerate insights, decision-making, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support key pep+ engagement priorities, including planning the annual Global Sustainability Summit, working with the global Green Team, defining the learning agenda, and building awareness around the pep+ agenda.
  • Maintain an external mindset by staying updated on consumer, competitive, AI, and geopolitical trends, and inform the pep+ agenda with relevant perspectives.

Requirements

  • BA required.
  • 5+ years of strategy experience either internally or with a Top-Tier consulting firm.
  • Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Proven track record as a strong project manager who can manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality events/communications on time.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in global companies or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong interest in/understanding of sustainability industry trends, challenges, opportunities.
  • Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands.
  • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.

Salary/Compensations

  • $110,700 - $185,100
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
