About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity within STV's Transportation North Marketing group, offering a path to a rewarding marketing career. The role involves supporting diverse markets and collaborating on exciting projects nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing team in preparing qualifications statements and proposals, including research, layout, editing, coordination, and production.
- Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials, databases, schedules, and client management documents.
- Manage and update information in marketing databases.
- Provide client lead tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes.
- Provide miscellaneous marketing administrative support.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage assignments under deadline pressure and work overtime when necessary.
- Resourceful with a strong work ethic.
