About the Role
We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Front Office Team at The Lanesborough, a luxury mansion hotel located near Hyde Park and exclusive shopping districts. The hotel features 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, fine dining, a bar, and a spa.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for guests.
- Create memorable guest experiences.
- Make guests feel welcome and valued.
- Deliver personalized service.
- Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth.
- Proactively exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
- Previous Front Office experience in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential.
- Experience in the luxury London market is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- A second language is preferred.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Drive for Excellent Customer Service.
- Ability to work on own initiative is essential.
- Availability and flexibility to work a 24h roster when required.
- Knowledge of Opera system is preferred.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
