About the Role

This position supports the research team by contributing to internal databases, producing market statistics, performing market analysis, and creating reports. It offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development within the company's headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to internal proprietary databases, including lease comparables, stacking plans, and tenants in the market.
  • Support the process of determining market statistics for all New York City markets.
  • Assist in the production of market reports, white papers, and trend pieces by creating and/or editing content.
  • Support the production of customized research material for sales professionals and their clients upon request.
  • Prepare standardized quarterly slides of current trends for client presentations and pitches.
  • Attend internal sales meetings to capture market data and information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of the New York City office market.
  • Ability to identify trends and develop industry reports.
  • Strong analytical writing skills.
  • Experience with data entry and database management.
  • Ability to demonstrate familiarity with AI-powered tools and language models for research, data analysis, workflow automation, information synthesis, and improving deliverable accuracy and efficiency.

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Proficiency in other MS Office programs
  • Experience with CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, Trepp, Oxford and Pitchbook (a plus)

  • $65,000 to $70,000 annually
