About the Role
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Austin, TX, and surrounding areas. This role involves working within interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities, focusing on neurological rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
Requirements
- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
