About the Role

Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting structural plans and specifications
- Preparing steel, concrete, masonry, and foundation drawings
- Incorporating engineer markups accurately into drafting documents
- Producing 2D plans, sections, details, and schedules using industry-standard software
- Developing and maintaining 3D BIM models
- Supporting project teams by adhering to company drafting and design standards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Requirements
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of structural steel framing
- Knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing, foundations, and retaining structures
- Familiarity with construction sequencing practices
- Understanding of building codes and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills
