About the Role
This role involves engaging with guests to ensure an exciting experience and lifelong memory, while maintaining a neat and clean workstation and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Proficient knowledge of resort operations, policies, procedures, and products
- Answer phones and communicate resort policies and procedures to guests
- Utilize POS system for resort product sales
- Maintain a neat and clean workstation
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Engage with guests to create memorable experiences
- Remain focused in a busy environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and general knowledge of mountain operations
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior work experience required
- Ability to accurately complete transactions using a POS system
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to handle stress and remain composed with guests and staff
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
