About the Role
Bristol Mountain is seeking individuals to assist guests and ensure safety on the lifts. This role involves guest interaction, safety checks, and lift maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests in loading and unloading from the lift.
- Ensure the safety of guests at all times.
- Conduct open and close inspections of the lift.
- Perform regular track maintenance.
- Check tickets and season passes for validity.
- Check for appropriate ski & snowboard equipment.
- Maintain the loading area of the lifts.
- Present oneself in a professional manner at all times.
- Be friendly and outgoing while presenting a courteous manner at all times.
- Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements
- 16 years of age or older.
- Heightened sense of safety and ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Have appropriate clothing for working in all weather conditions.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Weekend and evening availability.
- Flexible weekday availability.
