About the Role
The Enterprise Management Internship helps university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills, offering real-world professional experience to stand apart from the crowd.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Take care of customers.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects.
- Engage in friendly competition with peers.
- May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be a Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelors degree program.
- Must be graduating by May 2027.
- Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug and/or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must live in South Austin, San Marcos or the surrounding area.
