About the Role

As a Consultant Insurance Operations, you will advise clients in the insurance industry on redesigning their (digital) business processes and functions, contributing to sustainable and future-oriented strategies and improving competitiveness.

Responsibilities

Support your team in challenging transformation projects for large insurance companies at the interface between business and IT.
Advise client management on innovative steering concepts.
Optimize core insurance, ESG, and financial and management processes, as well as governance and IT architectures.
Develop concepts for strategic and operational implementation along the entire value chain of insurers.
Conduct client interviews, workshops, and presentations to create valuable decision-making bases in an international, interdisciplinary project environment.
Represent our expertise in client meetings and support project or client acquisition.

Requirements

Excellent degree in business administration, business informatics, mathematics, or natural/engineering sciences, ideally with training in insurance.
Internships in Financial Services during studies, or ideally training or dual study program in the insurance industry.
Initial experience in project work, high commitment, and enthusiasm for challenging, innovative projects in an agile, interdisciplinary environment.
High willingness to learn, self-responsibility, enjoyment of communication and teamwork, and a structured approach.
Confident and responsible use of AI for creating high-quality analyses and client solutions, as well as for critical validation of AI results.
