About the Role

Leverages data and technology to support the sales organization, diagnose issues, and design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in annual sales planning processes for smaller sales territories.
  • Contributes to the development of sales growth strategies with Sub-territories or smaller territories.
  • Works with senior management to identify and prioritize key sales programs.
  • Participates in implementing annual sales planning processes for smaller sales territories.
  • Provides support on cross-functional projects targeted at improving sales productivity.
  • Analyzes data to evaluate program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Collects, validates and organizes data to support reporting and dashboard production.
  • Designs and enables dashboards within company reporting systems.
  • Performs modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate options and guide management decision-making.
  • Executes cross-department or larger territory-sized process improvements.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve/automate new and existing sales operations processes.
  • Works independently on system integration/upgrade projects with other team members and internal departments.
  • Leads projects and implementation.
  • Supports UAT for processes and systems at the regional level, and provides feedback and suggestions representing the region.
  • Supports sales organization in Sales Operations related matters.
  • Investigates issue escalations.
  • Identifies opportunities for Sales Operations process improvement.
  • Provides system training to Sales Teams as required.
  • Ensures the smooth running of established sales processes either within the local team or by managing offshore resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90,000 - 136,000 USD / Annual
  • Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / Annual
