About the Role
The Real Assets Business Technology Adoption Leader is responsible for enhancing the cost, quality, and productivity of the business line year over year. This role involves tracking targets and metrics, establishing controls, managing technology application adoption, and supporting client satisfaction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking targets and metrics for costs, quality, consistency, and automation.
- Help establish robust controls, security processes, resilience standards, and testing.
- Align and manage the line of business around a consistent, global set of technology applications.
- Manage adoption of best practices within key technology applications and streamline tools.
- Assist in tracking resources to support optimization of team sizing and structure.
- Plan adoption and utilization of global technology applications within client delivery.
- Support tracking client NPS scores and prioritizing initiatives to improve client delivery.
- Act as first line of defense for risk management for Real Assets.
- Represent Real Assets in data governance and use cases globally.
- Lead and build skills around migration of lift out clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data, AI, and automation.
- Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks.
Requirements

- Demonstrate high business insight and commercial acumen combined with strong technical expertise, analytical problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills – influencing and building trust quickly, navigating complexity and ambiguity with confidence, and negotiating with tenacity and focus.
- Able to manage diverse stakeholders ranging from global/regional real assets leaders to finance professionals.
