About the Role
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a DZ Driver to deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies to customer worksites. This role involves driving a flatbed or roll-back truck in various conditions and requires safe driving in tight settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksite.
- Drive a flatbed or roll-back truck in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, rural settings.
- Drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s license with Class DZ CDL certification & safe driving record.
- Previous experience driving, loading and unloading tools or equipment.
- Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Customer service focused attitude.
- Detail orientation to properly maintain records.
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more, and work indoors/outdoors when required.
