About the Role
As a Guest Experience Team Member (GETM), you will support the Impact Kitchen community by taking orders, serving, preparing beverages, and upholding high hospitality standards. No prior experience is necessary; a great attitude and a desire to contribute to Team Impact are essential.
Responsibilities
- Take orders, serve guests, and prepare a variety of beverages.
- Provide best-in-class hospitality to the community.
- Build relationships with regular customers.
- Sell the menu and adhere to established processes.
- Accurately take, prepare, and provide orders to guests and delivery partners.
- Adapt to recipe and SOP changes.
- Perform various tasks during each shift and support teammates as required.
Requirements
- Show up for your team, be consistent, punctual, and present.
- Be an Impact Kitchen subject matter expert.
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and work well with others in a team-based setting.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to learn quickly both with and without direct coaching.
- Ability to execute and thrive in a quick-paced hospitality environment.
- Food Handlers Certification (preferred)
- Barista experience (preferred)
