About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior AV Project Manager to join our Project Operations team. This role is responsible for managing complex commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, client acceptance, and final closeout, taking ownership of project schedules, budgets, scope, client relationships, technical coordination, field execution, and overall project performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through final closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, resources, equipment, and critical-path activities
- Coordinate engineering, programming, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and field teams
- Monitor project budgets, labor, material costs, subcontractor expenses, forecasts, and change orders
- Serve as the primary client contact and manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Identify and resolve scheduling, technical, financial, logistical, and scope issues proactively
- Conduct job site visits and provide coordination and direction to technicians, subcontractors, and field resources
- Review AV drawings, system documentation, equipment specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements
- Provide technical oversight during installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, budget, and client expectations
- Support project closeout, punch-list completion, system acceptance, and required documentation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and other team members
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial AV integration
- 4+ years of project management or comparable project leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through closeout
- Proven experience managing project budgets, labor, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, and client relationships
- Strong technical understanding of commercial AV systems and integration practices
- Ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics, scopes of work, and specifications
- Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing deadlines
- Proficiency with project tracking/collaboration software such as Smartsheet, Procore, or similar
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as required

Salary/Compensations
- $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
