About the Role

Figma is seeking a Manager, Mid-Market Sales to lead a team of Account Executives in the NEMEA region, focusing on growing the Enterprise product. This role involves collaborating with existing and potential customers to build relationships, add value, and drive revenue. You will report directly to the Director, Commercial Sales and be instrumental in scaling the NEMEA region within a fast-growing sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success.
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings.
  • Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
  • Help craft and further develop sales processes and initiatives.
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business and company scale.
  • Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Excitement for growing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships.
  • Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams.
  • Outstanding coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company.
  • Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment.
  • Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology.
