About the Role

Provide project management services for office space, tenant improvements, site work, and space reconfiguration projects from planning through completion. Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring projects meet fiduciary requirements and timelines. Develop and implement policies for building management, emphasizing tenant needs, environmental health and safety, and quality programs in alignment with owner objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contracted services including architectural, engineering, construction, and relocation.
  • Monitor project phases, addressing scope changes and their impact on schedule and budget.
  • Assess project needs and resources, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Integrate functions such as Facilities Management, IS, Multimedia, Mail Services, Copier Services, Amenities, and Security.
  • Provide and review accuracy of project materials.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to determine project budgets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of related Project Manager experience.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of three or more projects with direct reports.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of business, including leasing and construction management.
  • Valid real estate license in required states.
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Understanding of necessary regulations for compliance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including the ability to read drawings.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience Level

  • 8+ years

Education Level

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Facilities Management, or Construction Management preferred.
