About the Role

As a leading global financial services company, BNY influences nearly 20% of the world's investible assets. We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Digital Assets Product Owner to join our Global Asset Servicing-Funds team, focusing on building cutting-edge digital assets products to support the evolving funds industry.

Responsibilities

Design product features for tokenized funds in partnership with clients.
Build and deliver solutions in partnership with Engineering and Operations.
Lead multi-discipline agile teams to define epics, features, and user stories.
Track delivery, dependencies, and risks across teams and platforms.
Balance delivery, client commitments, production support, technical debt, and resiliency.
Lead planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

Requirements

Digital Assets experience in one of the following areas: Digital cash (stablecoins, tokenized deposits, CBDCs), tokenized securities, tokenized collateral, Crypto-assets, or Digital Assets Custody/wallets.
At least 7-10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Client-facing experience with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Financial-services experience, ideally within asset servicing (Funds).
