About the Role
We are seeking support for our consulting team in form design within the public sector, with a special focus on creating and expanding digital services. The role involves coordinating business requirements with client contacts, translating these requirements for the development team, and evaluating technical interface documentation for necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the central interface between business contacts on the client side and our development teams.
- Understand business requirements as well as technical framework conditions and successfully connect both worlds.
- Capture, analyze, and structure requirements for new or existing digital services.
- Prepare complex business and technical contexts in an understandable way and develop viable implementation concepts together with clients and project teams.
- Analyze technical documentation, interface descriptions, and specifications.
- Identify impacts on existing services, pinpoint adaptation needs, and derive concrete recommendations for implementation.
- Support the planning, coordination, and management of our client projects.
- Keep track of deadlines, tasks, and dependencies, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure smooth project progress.
- Moderate workshops, requirements analyses, and coordination meetings with clients, partners, and project teams.
- Support training sessions and presentations and contribute to conveying complex topics understandably.
- Ensure sustainable and successful digital services through structured consulting, precise requirements management, and strong project control.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, project management, or coordination of IT-related client projects.
- Technical basic understanding and the ability to analyze and evaluate technical documentation, interface descriptions, and system architectures.
- Experience in requirements management and translating business requirements into technical implementation concepts.
- Proficient use of common project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence.
- Strong process understanding and interest in digital administrative services and e-government solutions.
- Structured, independent, and precise way of working with an eye for business and technical contexts.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in conveying complex technical issues understandably.
- Willingness to travel for client appointments and workshops.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
