About the Role
Join a close-knit shop with experienced technicians. This role offers steady flat-rate hours, modern diagnostic equipment, and exposure to Honda's hybrid and EV technology. The right candidate will receive full Honda factory training with a supported path to Master Technician certification.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more
- Work repair orders efficiently and accurately to dealership and Honda factory standards
- Road-test every vehicle before it goes back to the customer
- Identify any additional repairs to the Service Advisor and give a time estimate
- Document work, test results, and time per company procedure
- Perform warranty repairs to Honda spec, following all applicable safety requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Solid diagnostic knowledge across major vehicle systems
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Clear written and verbal communicator who reads instructions carefully
- Team-first attitude focused on getting customers back on the road happy
- Eagerness to keep growing as vehicle technology evolves
Experience Level
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
