  • Utilize data and analytics to understand product performance and drive measurable improvements.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Connect the product roadmap to broader business and revenue goals while focusing on customer value.
  • Continuously evaluate market developments, customer needs, and emerging AI capabilities to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building and scaling B2B SaaS products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic or AI-powered products into production.

  • Experience using modern AI development tools such as Claude to prototype and explore ideas.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving AI product environment.
  • Demonstrated success taking products or meaningful features from 0→1 and iterating based on real-world usage.
  • Experience using product data, customer insights, and experimentation to drive measurable improvements.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, speed, and commercial impact.
  • An adaptable, scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information.
