About the Role
Join our autonomous vehicle company as a Class C tow truck driver responsible for the safe recovery, transport, loading, and unloading of company vehicles from the roadway.
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a flatbed tow truck
- Recover, load, unload, and transport company vehicles
- Complete vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Secure vehicles properly for transport
- Keep DOT logs and required paperwork up to date
- Communicate with dispatch and logistics teams
- Perform basic truck checks (fuel, fluids, tire pressure)
- Follow all safety and DOT regulations
Requirements
- 4-6 years tow or recovery experience
- Clean MVR and personal record
- Experience with rollback/flatbed tow trucks
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
